Shipping

We use Australia Post as our mail carrier and last mile couriers for same day delivery.

Dispatch Times

We try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and generally dispatch orders on the next business day or same day depending on when the order is placed.

Sydney Same Day Delivery

We now offer a SYDNEY SAME DAY DELIVERY service on Boxes, Packs and Supplies on business days. Simply order before 11am (Monday–Friday) and select same day delivery at checkout to receive your order that day.

Shipping Options

We offer a range of Australia-wide and international shipping methods to suit all needs. All items are carefully packed and well protected when shipped.

Our main transport carrier is Australia Post, offering fast and reliable service. International orders are sent via Australia Post and assigned to a local carrier upon arrival in the destination country.

Returns

Change of Mind

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. We offer exchanges or refunds within this period for selected product categories such as supplies or boxes.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, undamaged, and in saleable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. A receipt or proof of purchase is required, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If 30 days have passed since purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Items where the seal has been opened or tampered with
  • Items returned after the 30-day period
  • Returns without proof of purchase
  • Single card or graded card purchases

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during transit, do not open it. Contact Eastside Collectables immediately and we will arrange an exchange or refund in accordance with consumer law.

Breaks

Breaks Shipping

We offer on-request shipping for all Eastside Breaks. Your cards will be held safely until you request shipping in one batch.

  • Flat Rate Domestic Regular Shipping: $9.95
  • Flat Rate Domestic Express Shipping: $14.95
  • International Express Shipping: $29.95

Breaks shipping processing time is 3–4 business days.

Random Team Break Rules

  • Cards go to the team name printed on the card, not the jersey shown.
  • ABA team cards go to the historically formed NBA team.
  • College, High School, or USA team cards go to the team played for in that year or at Eastside Breaks’ discretion.
  • Panini Rewards Points are randomized among all participants.
  • Charlotte Bobcats/Hornets cards go to the current Charlotte Hornets.
  • New Orleans Hornets cards go to the New Orleans Pelicans.
  • Seattle Supersonics cards go to Oklahoma City Thunder owners.
  • Cincinnati Royals cards go to Sacramento Kings owners.
  • Randomization counts are at the discretion of Primo Cards.
  • NSW residents are advised of eligibility restrictions.
