We try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and generally dispatch orders on the next business day or same day depending on when the order is placed.

Sydney Same Day Delivery

We now offer a SYDNEY SAME DAY DELIVERY service on Boxes, Packs and Supplies on business days. Simply order before 11am (Monday-Friday) and select same day delivery at the checkout to receive your order that day. 


We offer a range of Australia wide and International shipping methods to suit all needs. All our items are carefully packed and well protected when shipped. Our main transport carrier is Australia post who offer a fast and reliable service. International orders are sent using Australia post then assigned to a local carrier once they arrive in the destination country.



Change of mind

Our returns policy is effective for 30 days from your date of purchase. We can offer an exchange or refund within this period for certain product categories such as supplies or boxes.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, undamaged and in saleable condition.

The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item and these charges are non-refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and funds will be transferred back onto the same method as the payment.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not offer an exchange or refund for:

  • The seal of the product has been opened or tampered with and item is brand new 
  • The 30-day return period has lapsed
  • Without a proof of purchase
  • For single card purchases or graded card purchases

If your purchase arrives damaged from transit, for example, the box is crushed or damaged. Please contact Eastside Collectables immediately, do not open the item. We will arrange an exchange or refund in accordance with consumer law.



Breaks Shipping

We offer an on request shipping service for all Eastside Breaks which means we hold your cards safely until you are ready to ship them in one batch. To request shipping simply go to the Breaks section on page and checkout your shipping request.

Breaks Shipping

Breaks shipping processing time is 3-4 business days and we endeavour to get your cards to you as quickly as possible once requested.

 Random team breaks

Group Break rules vary from company to company, so it is important to verify the rules prior to entering a group break. Eastside Breaks has the following rules as listed below:


(a) All players cards will go to the name of the team on the player card and not the team jersey the player is pictured in.

(b) When a player card is represented by a team from the ABA, it will go to the NBA team which historically was formed from it.

(c) When a player card is represented by a USA college or High School team or a USA representative side ie: Dream Team, the player card will go to the team that player played for in the represented year or at Eastside Breaks discretion if unclear.

(d) All Panini ‘Rewards Points’ will be randomized among ALL participants at the end of the group break with the winner having placed 1st in the randomizer.

(e) All Charlotte Bobcats/Hornets cards will go to the current Charlotte Hornets.

(f) All New Orleans Hornets cards will go to the current New Orleans Pelicans.

(g) All Seattle Supersonics cards will go to the participant owning the Oklahoma City Thunder.

(h) All Cincinatti Royals cards will go to the participant owning the Sacramento Kings.

(i) For all times a randomised list is required, the number of times the list is randomised will be up to the discretion of Primo Cards.

(j) Members who reside in the state of NSW are advised against participating in random draws based on the legislation and eligibility of their involvement.
